Dr Helen Goode has had many years of experience in the education in teaching, leadership and consulting roles.
In addition to her work as a lecturer in the Master of Education program at Melbourne University, she operates her own educational consultancy business specialising in mentoring and coaching of people in leadership roles, leadership development and leader, school and organisational reviews.
Her research interests and work includes sustainability of successful leadership, marketing in schools and the role of coaching in building leadership capacity.

- a convenor of the European Educational Research Association (ECER) Network 26- Educational Leadership.
- an inaugural member of the Asia Leadership Roundtable.
- Research interests and work includes sustainability of successful leadership, marketing in schools and the role of coaching in building leadership capacity. Over the last 20 years and I have presented at numerous conferences, both nationally and internationally and published widely.
ACADEMIC RECOGNITION
I was made a Fellow of the Australian Council of Educational Leaders of Victoria, in 2016, a Fellow of the National ACEL and in 2018, a Research Fellow of the Education University of Hong Kong.
